The Day Before

Arrange a time that you will get into your dress and who will help you with this, sometimes too many people in the room at the same time can make things stressful. Take into consideration if you have transport who is due to leave and when.

Try to get an early night, don’t drink too much alcohol try to avoid foods that might give you a nervous tummy and finally relax!
The Wedding Day.

Try to eat breakfast, even if you think you aren't hungry.

Drink plenty of water during the morning to keep you hydrated.

If you’re getting married later in the day try make time for some lunch, even if it’s in your room, if your hotel don’t offer room service arrange that someone fetch you something.

If you’re getting ready at the ceremony location begin dressing 1 hour before the ceremony is scheduled to begin or if you’re being transported to your ceremony venue then begin dressing 1 hour before your transport is due to depart. This will give you plenty of time for photos etc. you’ll not feel rushed and you’ll not get all hot and flustered.

Don’t forget to plan ahead if you need help getting into your dress, check what time whoever is helping you needs to depart for the ceremony.
